Hello to all, Hope you are enjoying the first part of your New Year!
Life has been busy, but so amazing. Here is a quick update on what I have been up to the past few months.
Early December, I had the amazing opportunity to photograph my friend’s wedding which was such a wonderful experience for me. Photography is something that I have been starting to pursue as a career and this was a great start.
On Dec 9th was the one year anniversary of the shooting. It was hard for me to go through, but still good. God gave me so much grace in that time and restored me in a lot of areas where I have been grieving. We had a memorial service of which the families and police officers came.
Last January, Ywam Denver had a film crew come and document our Boarders Discipleship Training School (dts) and make a documentary. On Dec 9th we had had a private showing and over 300 people came and watched a film about what we are doing here and how God is changing peoples lives. JESUSFREAKS is an observational, character-driven documentary based on a young, dynamic, visionary leader, John Murphy and his school of 45 snowboarders (ages 17-25) as he guides them through a maze of spiritual transformation in the wake of tragedy. With little in common but God and snowboarding, these young boarders wrestle with authority, substance abuse, religion, dysfunctional relationships, death and more. Guided by peer leadership, spirituality, and deep faith, they set out on a journey that will ruin them for the ordinary.

Kitchen supervisor has been a great experience for me. Every day I learn more and more about how to be a better leader and a better cook.
This quarter started January 5th. We moved all our schools and staff to our mountain campus. We need to remodel a lot of our main facility to keep it running well. I am in charge of the kitchen again this next quarter. We have 60 students right now and 30 staff working up here.
I also have the privilege of leading worship once or twice a week .
The past couple years at Ywam Denver have been incredible. God has brought me so far, and taught me so much. I was able to travel, to serve, to teach, and grow, but my season at Ywam Denver is coming to a close. In April I will be leaving staff to pursue the next thing God has in store for me.
In Jan 2010 (sounds so far away) there is a photography school with Ywam that I am interesting in doing. There are two schools. One is from Jan-April, the second is July– Sept. If you want to know more about the schools go to:

From April-December before the school I am planning on working, saving up money for this school, and investing in equipment that I will be using in the future. I need to raise around ten thousand dollars by the end of this year. Please be praying for guidance as I don't know where I am planning on living yet. I have a couple of different options of places to live but haven’t made a decision so far.
This isn't the end in ministry, but another training opportunity for me. I want to incorporate my photography in with my mission work. Please consider partnering with me, as this is jut the start of a lifetime of ministry. For those who do support me now, I want to ask you to be in prayerful consideration of supporting me even through the time when I am working. All that you give I am planning on putting aside just for the school. I also want you to consider supporting me long term. I know God has called me to be a missionary and I want to live my life as he calls. To travel the world and work with the poorest of the poor.
Please continue to pray about supporting me, or that more support will come in. God is amazing and has been providing thus far. You can be a part of my ministry and help serve a long side of me by your support. Financial support can be sent to YWAM Denver at the address below:
YWAM Denver

Tax deductible donations can be made by writing the check to YWAM Denver and attaching a note that says that the money is for me. Checks with my name on them cannot be processed as tax-deductions. Thank you so much for being part of my life.
I would love to hear from each of you!
Many Blessings!
